The POC Junior Skin GS Suit is a ski racing speed suit built for junior alpine racers, combining durable construction with integrated padding for gate training and race day. Its highly durable fabric helps minimize snagging and pilling caused by the Velcro fastenings on shin and forearm guards, helping the suit withstand repeated use throughout the race season. The close race fit gives young racers the freedom of movement they need through turns and in the tuck position.

Protective padding is integrated into the arms, hips and legs to complement hardshell race protection and improve comfort during gate contact. The POC Junior Skin GS Suit is shaped to accommodate POC VPD back protectors and base layers. Grippers at the lower leg openings and extended sleeves with thumbholes help keep the suit securely positioned, while a DWR treatment provides resistance to light snow and rain.

Padding at the arms, hips and legs complements external hardshell race protectors while adding comfort during gate contact. Integrating the padding directly into the suit helps keep it properly positioned as the racer moves through the course.

POC Protection Compatibility

The suit is shaped to work with POC race protection worn underneath, including VPD back protectors and the VPD Air Comp Jacket. POC Resistance Layer JR and Base Armor JR protective base layers can also be worn beneath the suit to enhance laceration protection.
